Various video protraits
A series of portraits though video (2019-2020)

THE IMPRINT IT LEAVES
This self-protrait  studies the bounderies of one’s own body and the imprint it leaves in the spaces it inhabits. This self portraiture is also an attempt to depict the body as the surface in which it’s evironement - more specifically nature - continuously draws it’s self. Ultimately, it is a reflection on interdepence.
Mexico, May 2019.

This time it was your voice singing them.
It’s not your fault that I know the lyrics.
but you chose to pick up the microphone.

DUNES D’OUBLI

PUSH (A) VOID
Bacelona/Miami, Arpil 2020.
Corinne Spitalier and Gabrielle Sheerer.

Birthed from a seemingly simple task of researching ‘push and avoid’ in the context of movement, we found the study of this basic action of physics could lead us to a place of deep curiosity. An unexpected early physical separation sparked the initiative to rethink this practice. We found this space not really empty, just wide and we hoped to implore our artistry to sculpt the space in between, regardless of the scale.
